Details: Designed portions of the building-wide communications systems for several courtrooms in the 20-story, 1.14-million-square-foot Phillip Burton Federal Building in downtown San Francisco. The project required meticulous design of raceways and power distribution in courtrooms having historic, irreplaceable finishes. The project was complicated by rigorous security measures, limited access, and diverse opinions within the user group of high-ranking Federal judges.
