Programming, configuration, and integration of telemetry equipment and control system components for essential elements of the Garberville Sanitary District's water acquisition, treatment, and distribution system in Garberville, California.  

Project consists of three sites:

• Raw water pumping station (complete rehabilitation)
• Water treatment plant (new facility)
• Water storage tank and booster pumping station (rehabilitation)

Project elements include:

• 150 MHz, licensed radio telemetry
• PLC control of each site
• Operator interface at water treatment plant for for system control
