In support of discharge permit renegotiations, extracted and analyzed 40 million historic data points using the plant's supervisory control and data acquisition historian.  Provided evidence that certain key analytical valves have stayed within target ranges, assisted the City in negotiations with the Regional Board, in pursuit of avoiding millions of dollars in plant improvements which otherwise would have been required.
