Details: ArcSine Engineering’s MEP Revit design services included: Power Distribution · A 1,400 amp 480/277-volt service entrance and power distribution. · A 500KW standby generator and segregated power distribution system, with multiple fuel sources. · A 100kVA uninterruptible power supply for building-wide critical loads. Mechanical/Plumbing Design · Variable Air Volume (VAV) HVAC system with a 120-ton rooftop unit. · Redundant ductless split systems to serve critical data/server rooms. · Heating hot water system consisting of two modulating condensing boilers with variable speed primary/secondary pumping piped to reheat coils at the VAV boxes. · Plumbing systems, including water, waste, vent, compressed air, parking structure drains, and roof drains. Lighting Design · LED general lighting. · Exit, emergency, and egress lighting meeting NFPA Fire and Life Safety requirements. · Site lighting. Other · Building-wide intrusion, access control, and video. · Building-wide networking. · Wireless access points throughout the building. · Extensive security and specialty provisions. · Fire alarm system and sprinkler system. · Central Vacuum System · Mechanical, electrical, and plumbing designs were coordinated to meet LEED Silver objectives.
