ArcSine, working as a subconsultant to West Yost & Associates, designed comprehensive upgrades to the Tulelake WWTP in Tulelake, California.  Improvements consisted of new pumping systems for the influent and effluent pump stations, including new controls.  Replacement of across-the-line aeration blowers with VFD-controlled blowers.  Motorized gates for flow coordination, new weather station and data logger, new alarm auto dialer, and replacement of the standby generator system.
