Details: This project designed improvements to an essential in-service water treatment plan in the City of Redding, California. Improvements included electrical and instrumentation/controls modifications to support: individual filter from monitory and control for each of four filters; the addition of a Filter-to-Waste System; and the construction of a second spent washwater equalization basin.
