Details: Electrical, I&C construction management for Guam Waterworks Authority's (GWA) SCADA Phase A-1 construction project. Included deep wells, reservoirs, booster pumping stations, sewer pumping stations, and a sewer treatment plan (~20 sites). This project implemented the first phase of what is ultimately envisioned to be an island-wide SCADA network for 400+ sites.
