Details: High school renovation and new construction. Renovation included 56,000 square-feet of theater, gymnasium, kitchen, commons, and supporting spaces. New construction consisted of 80,000 square-feet of class rooms, administration, science/maker space labs, library, offices, elevator, and supporting rooms. Full MEP services plus access control, surveillance, mass notification, and fire alarm/sprinkler performance specifications. Site demolition, utility, and parking lot design were also included.
