Details: Performed programming, testing, and startup support for eight reservoir sites and three PRV sites for the Guam Waterworks Authority (GWA). The work consisted of developing control descriptions, programming new SCADAPack RTU's and developing screens for control panel OIP's as part of GWA's effort to implement an island-wide SCADA system for remote sites.
