Planning, design engineering, and construction support to replace the primary 115kV-12kV substation at the Central Contra Costa Sanitary District's Wastewater Treatment Plan in Martinez, California, with a new 12kV substation to be centrally located in the heart of the plant. Work included integrating 2 cogen and 2 12kV standby generators into the new substation, redistributing power to the subordinate 12kV substations located throughout the plant, and coordinating with PG&E to provide new redundant electrical services.
