Details: Power distribution and lighting design of all residential and community buildings for a large resort development. This project also included extensive site lighting design in addition to all site utility design and coordination with multiple utilities including Redding Electric Utility, PG&E, SBC, and cable television. The project consisted of the following: 318 residential units (63 buildings), Combinations included: , 3-bedroom, 1,800-square-foot townhouses, 3-bedroom, 1,400-square-foot apartments, 2-bedroom, 1,100-square-foot apartments. Three laundry buildings ranging from 500 to 2,000 square feet. , 24,000-square-foot commercial building, 5,000-square-foot office, 7,000-square-foot restaurant/kitchen, 500-square-foot lounge, 800-square-foot conference room, 4,600-square-foot spa, 2,500-square-foot child care center, 3,600-square-foot tenant space, 54,000-square-foot pool and resort area.
