Details: Design of a 15,000-square-foot upscale office building. Project criteria included use of sustainable materials and designs. Lighting system was designed around the use of natural lighting and programmable lighting control panels. These utilize inputs from an astronomical time clock, photocells, occupancy sensor, low-voltage switching, and control programs. Lighting controls were integrated with HVAC supervisory controls.
