Details: Renovation design for a two-story, 8,300-square-foot building originally constructed in 1911. The design included selecting lighting fixtures which were complimentary to the historical character of the building, and submission and approval of the approach by the Historic Preservation Committee overseeing the facility. Power distribution and lighting design for 2,100-square-fee of public area. Services included electrical, mechanical, programming, lighting, power distribution, construction services, water/wastewater, fire/intrusion, and utility coordination.
