Details: ArcSine was a member of the Owner’s design-build team to re-commission 12-megawatt Blue Lake biomass Power Plant. Performed detailed field investigations; coordination with utility companies; designed and started up redundant protective relaying design; remote telemetry system design; relay network design; and integration with SCADA system.
