Details: ArcSine produced a Needs Assessment Report for the City which included an executive summary, overall location map, system block diagrams, project criteria and constraints, narrative descriptions, evaluation of existing telemetry methods and recommendations for improvements, and planning level cost estimating for the water treatment and storage facility (which includes a booster pump station), as well as the wastewater treatment facility (which includes three pump stations).
